By accessing or using Erase.run ("the Service", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or access our image processing tools, web application, or community discussion forums.

2. Description of the Service

Erase.run provides browser-based, AI-powered automatic background removal, custom backdrop compositing, and dynamic image resolution downloads (HD & Max quality). We provide both guest access and authenticated registered account tiers with rolling 12-hour usage quotas.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

• Your Ownership: You retain full intellectual property rights, copyright, and trademarks to all original graphics and photographs you upload to the Service. Erase.run claims zero ownership over your media.
• Commercial License: You are granted complete freedom to deploy the processed background-free cutout images in commercial e-commerce stores, advertisements, social media campaigns, and design collaterals.
• Responsible Uploads: You warrant that you own or have obtained the necessary legal licenses, permissions, and rights to upload and modify the images submitted to our servers.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse Erase.run. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading illegal, sexually explicit, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful materials.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, bypass, or flood our 12-hour session quota limits via proxies, botnets, or malicious automated scrapers.
• Using disposable or temporary throwaway email accounts to fabricate fraudulent account allotments.
• Disrupting the stability, integrity, or network infrastructure of the platform.

5. Community Guidelines (Help & Questions Forum)

When posting questions, guides, or commenting on user discussions in our Help Center, users must maintain professional, constructive, and respectful communication. We reserve the right to remove spam, misleading links, or abusive content and suspend offending accounts without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our neural AI models strive for razor-sharp edge precision, Erase.run does not guarantee that output will always be error-free on heavily blurry or degraded input files. In no event shall Erase.run be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruption.

7. Termination and Amendments

We may update or revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect platform enhancements or regulatory changes. Continued use of Erase.run following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
